The market is full of “AI-washers”. Two questions cut through almost all of it.
In 2024 people bought anything with “AI” in the name. In 2026 the market rewards execution — so use two filters. 1) The wrapper test: if the project would die the moment OpenAI cut off its API, the AI is thin. 2) The token test: if the agent could run just as well on a credit-card subscription, the token is probably a cash-grab. Real projects sell access to compute, intelligence or autonomous action.
Real infrastructure: open-source, widely forked, useful with or without speculation.
Real autonomy: multi-agent services running continuously, not a demo.
A real product test — ARMA does a concrete, measurable job (optimize yield).
Apply the wrapper test and the token test before touching any “AI” token. Products beat buzzwords.
